This Payment Policy applies to all payments made through NexGrad for programme applications, admissions, tuition fees, and other authorised educational services. Where a partner university maintains programme-specific payment requirements, those requirements will be communicated before enrolment and will take precedence where applicable.

2. Payment Methods

NexGrad may accept payments through approved channels including: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, Online Payment Gateways, UPI (where available), Other approved digital payment methods. The available payment methods may vary depending on your country, selected programme, or partner university.

3. Currency

Programme fees may be payable in different currencies depending on the university and the country in which the programme is offered. Where payments involve currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion charges will be determined by your payment provider or financial institution. NexGrad is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or bank conversion fees.

4. Payment Schedule

Students are responsible for completing payments according to the payment schedule communicated during the admission process. Depending on the programme, payments may include: Application Fee, Admission Fee, Tuition Fee, Instalment Payments, Other approved university charges where applicable. Failure to make payments on time may affect admission, enrolment, continued access to learning resources, or other student services.

5. Instalment Plans

Where available, eligible students may choose an approved instalment plan. Instalment availability depends on: Partner university policies, Programme requirements, Payment agreements. Students selecting an instalment plan agree to complete all scheduled payments by the agreed due dates. Failure to do so may result in restrictions imposed by the partner university or temporary suspension of related student services.

6. Payment Confirmation

Once a payment has been successfully processed, students will receive a confirmation through the registered email address or other approved communication channels. Where applicable, confirmation may include: Payment Receipt, Transaction Reference Number, Invoice, Payment Status, Next Payment Due Date (for instalment plans). Students are encouraged to retain these records for future reference.

7. Failed or Declined Transactions

Payments may occasionally fail due to reasons beyond NexGrad's control, including: Insufficient funds, Card issuer restrictions, Bank security verification, Network interruptions, Expired payment methods, Technical issues with payment providers. If a payment is unsuccessful: No admission or enrolment will be confirmed until payment is successfully completed. Students should contact their bank or payment provider if the issue persists. Our Student Support Team will assist where possible in resolving payment-related concerns.

8. Payment Security

Protecting payment information is a priority. Payments are processed through secure and authorised payment service providers that use industry-standard encryption and security protocols. NexGrad does not intentionally store complete payment card information on its own systems unless specifically required for authorised payment processing and permitted by applicable law. Students should never share sensitive payment information through unsecured communication channels.

9. Taxes and Additional Charges

Programme fees may or may not include applicable taxes, duties, banking charges, or other statutory fees, depending on the programme, university, and jurisdiction. Where additional charges apply, they will be communicated before payment is completed. Students are responsible for any taxes, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or international transfer costs imposed by their financial institution.

10. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment has been processed incorrectly or charged in error, please contact NexGrad as soon as possible. Our team will investigate the matter and work with the relevant payment provider or partner university to resolve the issue promptly. Supporting documents such as payment receipts, bank confirmations, or transaction references may be requested during the review.

11. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the NexGrad Refund & Cancellation Policy. Students are encouraged to review that policy before making any payment, as refund eligibility depends on the type of payment, programme status, and applicable university policies.
